3. Payment and Pricing
All services provided by Selecta Agency require full payment upfront unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate written agreement. Pricing for services is detailed on our Website or provided during the consultation process. Selecta Agency reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
4. No Refunds After Work Commences
Once the content creation or service process has begun, no refunds will be issued. This includes the commencement of any video production, content creation, or on-site capture of content. For details on our refund policy, please refer to our Refund Policy.
5. Partial Refunds
If no work has commenced, a partial refund of up to 80% of the payment may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to Selecta Agency’s agreement. Full refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, materials, and intellectual property created by Selecta Agency remain the property of Selecta Agency until full payment is received. Upon payment, the rights to the content may be transferred to the client, as agreed upon in the contract. Unauthorized use of Selecta Agency’s intellectual property is prohibited.
7. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to provide all necessary information, materials, and access required for Selecta Agency to deliver the services. This includes but is not limited to access to social media accounts, content guidelines, and other relevant details. Failure to provide this information may result in delays or the inability to complete the project.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Selecta Agency is committed to protecting your privacy and sensitive information. We may require access to sensitive data, such as social media account credentials, to provide our services. We ensure that this information is handled with the utmost care and used solely for the purpose of delivering the services requested. We do not access, read, or disclose any private information, including connections and private messages, within your social media accounts. 9. Limitation of Liability
Selecta Agency and Elite Consulting FZC-LLC are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

All payments for services provided by Selecta Agency must be made upfront, prior to the commencement of any work. Please note that any fees or charges imposed by banks or payment processors during the transaction process are the responsibility of the client and will not be covered by Selecta Agency. These fees are in addition to the service cost and must be settled by the client at the time of payment.
