Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Selecta Agency, a part of Elite Consulting FZC-LLC, based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. No Refunds After Work Commences

Once the content creation process has started, including the creation of any videos, on-site capture of content, or any other service work, no refund will be issued. This policy is in place to protect the time, effort, and resources invested by our team in delivering high-quality services.

2. Partial Refunds

If no work has commenced on your project, a partial refund of up to 80% of the payment may be considered. This is subject to our agreement and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Requests for partial refunds must be made in writing and will be reviewed by our management team.

3. No Full Refunds

Under no circumstances do we offer full refunds. Our commitment to delivering exceptional service means that resources are allocated immediately upon the acceptance of a project. Therefore, full refunds are not feasible.

4. Age Requirement

All services offered by Selecta Agency are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By engaging our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

6. Payment Terms

We require full payment upfront for all services before commencing any work. However, in certain cases, payment terms may be adjusted based on a separate agreement between Selecta Agency and the client. Any variations in payment terms will be documented and mutually agreed upon in writing.
